Arts North West
If you are an artist, creative practitioner, contractor, facilitator or supplier engaged by Arts North West, there are a few things we need from you before we can process your payment. The information you need to provide will depend on whether you have an ABN, whether you are registered for GST, and whether superannuation applies to your engagement. Please read the information below before submitting your invoice.

Submit an invoice
Once your agreed work, milestone or activity has been completed, please submit an invoice to Arts North West in accordance with your contract or engagement agreement.

● Invoice number
● Invoice date
● Description of the work or services provided
● Relevant project or event name
● Amount payable
● GST, if applicable

If You Do Not Have an ABN
Most suppliers providing goods or services are required to provide an Australian Business Number (ABN).
If you do not provide an ABN, Arts North West may be required to withhold tax from your payment unless an exemption applies.
If you are not required to have an ABN, you may be able to complete an Australian Taxation Office Statement by a Supplier form. This may apply in circumstances such as where the activity is undertaken as a private recreational pursuit or hobby, or where another exemption identified by the ATO applies.
