Pioneer Cottage and Museum

Complete brief description of your venue: The museum complex consists of 12 buildings the original Pioneer Cottage and Museum are the two front buildings.

The Complex showcases the history of Walcha and surrounding districts, Included in the exhibits is a Tiger Moth plane used for crop dusting, horse drawn wagons both agricultural and private carriages.

An original settlers cottage, wool hall and hospital and WW1 & 11 displays are part of the exhibits.

The Pioneer Cottage was the home of the first Policeman for Walcha and shows how the family would have lived.
