Did you ever dream of doing something impossible? The Fish That Wanted to Fly, presented by Little Wing Puppets, took audiences on a magical journey of courage, resilience, and friendship. This charming puppet show told the story of a little fish whose lagoon was drying up, leaving her isolated from the other fish. Determined to reconnect with them, she dreams of flying. Along her journey, she meets a range of characters, including a hermit crab, a kingfisher, and a cormorant, who help her realise her dream.
Set in a mangrove swamp, this delightful performance was a tale about never giving up, no matter how impossible the goal may seem. It also highlighted themes of sustainability and the importance of community and support. With its heartwarming story, The Fish That Wanted to Fly was a perfect show for families, young audiences, and anyone who believes in the power of resilience and friendship.
