Inclusive Arts Programs for People Living with DisabilityArts North West acknowledges that not everyone has equal access to creative space and opportunities and ANW works hand in hand people living with a disability to create genuine access to creative space, codesign inclusive and accessible program development and delivery, and improve the overall accessibility and inclusivity practices of the organisation.
ANW’s commitment to creating inclusive and accessible spaces for artistic expression is reflected in programs such as the ‘ANW Enable Arts Program’ focusing on ensuring that people with disabilities can fully participate in the arts. By removing barriers to access, ANW is actively working to engage a broader audience, ensuring that the arts are a vibrant part of daily life for all community members.
ARTS NORTH WEST ENABLE ARTS STEERING COMMITTEE - EXPRESSION OF INTEREST NOW OPEN
Arts North West are looking for people with lived experience to be part of our Enable Arts Steering Committee.
The Arts North West Enable Arts Steering Committee will support ANW and its staff with guidance and decision-making, strategic planning, advice, and feedback. ANW has established this Steering Committee to assist in providing direction and planning for potential programs and projects within the arts and disability programming (Enable Arts) and also the operations of the organisation as a whole. It will also determine priority areas for consideration in the development of the Enable Arts Program.
