Grant Details

Revive Live is an Australian Government grants program designed to support original live Australian music, first announced in the 2024–25 Federal Budget. The program provides essential support to established live music venues and music festivals to help them continue operating, limiting venue closures and event cancellations, and stimulating long-term sustainability. It also has a focus on activities that improve accessibility and participation opportunities for audiences, and career pathways for musicians and music workers with disability.

Who can apply: established live music venues and festivals with a primary purpose to host original live music and a strong focus on showcasing Australian artists. Organisations must be majority-Australian owned and can be located anywhere in Australia — suburban, metropolitan, regional or remote.

How to apply: via GrantConnect (grants.gov.au) or SmartyGrants. Registration is required on both sites. Applications can be saved and completed later, provided they're submitted by the closing date.
