Fabric Fair Studio 808

Rita Showell is an award winning dressmaker/tutor/workshop host operating from her creative hub Studio 808, located at 808 Bundarra Road Saumarez Ponds close to Armidale.

Rita operated fabric Fair for 36 years retailing quality fabrics and creating custom clothing before relocating to a purpose built studio.

Rita has an extensive working knowledge of all aspects of clothing construction techniques from introductory to advanced and all the way through to couture having conducted workshops with world renowned author and educator, Claire Shaeffer.

Rita conducts regular small group sewing lessons and workshops as well as hosting other specialist tutors in Studio 808.
