Performing Lines is bringing its innovative skills development program for up-and-coming Producers to NSW for a series of sessions designed to answer questions and provide real-world content to develop your skills and experience. The NSW Producers’ Platform provides an opportunity for 8 independent producers to undertake a rigorous skills development program spanning 10-weeks.

Australia Post Community Grants support projects that connect people and improve mental wellbeing in local communities. Local community groups create positive change in countless people’s lives. To help them deliver for their communities, we award Community Grants of up to $10,000 each year to fund community led, local projects. Projects are eligible where: The primary purpose of the project is to improve mental health and mental wellbeing outcomes of a community. The project will help people meaningfully connect in their local community for improved mental health and mental wellbeing outcomes. The project is a locally led and locally delivered project that aims to improve mental health and mental wellbeing outcomes of a community.

Regional Arts Fund (RAF) Project Grants will fund high-quality arts projects benefitting regional or remote artists, arts workers, audiences and communities. CLOSES JULY 3 Emerging Artist Funding Program – Round 3
Applicants may seek funding for professional development travel/projects of up to $15k. Project applications will be accepted for activities within Australia however, the Trust will continue to prioritise the funding of international professional development opportunities. Through the Ian Potter Cultural Trust for activities after the 15th of December 2023.

MATCH Lab is our matched funding program for independent artists and groups. It’s for artists looking to run a fundraising campaign, and build their fundraising and arts business skills. It supports artists to increase their knowledge of philanthropy and arts partnerships, develop broader arts business knowledge and create sustainable sources of revenue for their work into the future. MATCH Lab is more than just a funding program; it emphasises long-term skills development. If you’re successful, you’ll take part in a professional development clinic AND be eligible for matched funding for your fundraising campaign.

This program is for d/Deaf artists or arts workers, or artists or arts workers with disability, seeking to undertake a project or activity to advance their practice, skills or career.

CLOSES JULY 4 Growing Regions Program – Round One
The Growing Regions Program – Round 1 (the program) will run over 3 years from 2023-24 to 2025-26. The program was announced as part of October 2022 Budget. The program will deliver community and economic benefits by investing in community-focused infrastructure which revitalises regions and enhances amenity and liveability throughout regional Australia. The objectives of the program are: constructing or upgrading community infrastructure that fills an identified gap or need for community infrastructure; contributing to achieving a wide range of community socio-economic outcomes; and/or is strategically aligned with regional priorities.
The intended outcomes of the program are: delivery of community-focused infrastructure that contributes to local and regional priorities; provision of infrastructure which benefits the community by improving equity and supports diverse social inclusion; to contribute to the achievement of broader Government priorities such as net zero emissions, gender equity, and/or First Nations priorities; and/or growing local economies and enhancing amenity and liveability in the regions.
Growing Regions Program Round 1 will be delivered through a two-stage selection process. Applicants must first submit an Expression of Interest at Stage 1 and if successful, applicants will be invited to submit a full application at Stage 2. To be eligible you must: be a not-for-profit organisation with a current Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission’s (ACNC) registration or Office of the Registrar of Indigenous Organisations (ORIC) registration; or be a local government agency or body.
EOI’s CLOSE JULY 5 Audience Development Fund
The Audience Development Fund (ADF) offers public galleries in NSW assistance in targeting and developing new audiences. It encourages galleries to create innovative public programs that engage artists and the community. The fund is designed to support galleries to develop and trial new models for engaging audiences that will increase immediate and future attendance, access and participation. Funds can be used for costs that support the development and implementation of public or educational programs, provide seed funding to trial new models for public engagement and/or build new partnerships for audience development.
