WANT TO DISCOVER THE INS AND OUTS OF ECO-ARTS PROJECT PLANNING? A full day program of advice, networking and professional development for Landcare members, artists, community groups and anyone interested in creating an arts-based event.  Arts have proven to be a very successful way to explore and address environmental issues.  Come and investigate some possibilities!

9:30-12pm The Project Brief – This first session is a hands-on workshop which will focus on scoping your project or event, the who/what/when/why, with an overview of promotion and marketing of your event.  (Includes Morning Tea/Coffee)

12-1pm The Project Budget – Hands-on budgeting for your arts project – what to include, what resources might be required and how to balance your budget.

2-3:30pm The Project Plan – Looking at risk assessments, the how, checklists and setting up your timeline
