Wetlands Photographic Exhibition : Expressions of Interest sought ... The Borders Rivers-Gwydir Catchment Management Authority, in partnership with Arts North West, is supporting a travelling photo exhibition during 2013. Aboriginal Arts Development Officer, Regional Arts NSW

  • Part-time position:  20 hours per week
  • Location:  Walsh Bay, Sydney

  • Salary:  $50,000 – $55,000 pro rata

Regional Arts NSW is seeking applications for a part-time position to deliver against our key priority area to support Aboriginal arts and cultural development in all its different expressions in regional NSW.

This position will build and develop the work already undertaken by Regional Arts NSW in this area, provide support and coordination for the Aboriginal Arts Officers currently employed by the Regional Arts Boards and provide support and advice for the Regional Arts Boards that do not currently have these positions. This position will have flexible hours and will involve travel to regional and remote NSW.

A two-year contract is being offered for this position, with a three-month probationary period. Regional Arts NSW acts as the peak body and support agency for the 14 Regional Arts Boards across the state. The office is located at Walsh Bay in Sydney.
